Wire forms / wire forming are different from normal springs, there are many bending and angles, so that wire forms require manufacturing and processing technology. Wire forms can often represent a company’s technological level of production and processing. In FSS, wire forms, wire clips, spring steel retaining clips and fasteners are made of spring machine or Fourslide / Multislide machine, the former don’t need tooling but slow, the later require tooling but fast production.
